**4th Floor Upper Pool Deck Shutdown Notice
The Waikiki Beach Tower Condominium Association is conducting repairs on the 4th floor pool deck through September 2024. The entire upper pool deck will be closed during this time, including the main pool, hot tub, keiki pool, barbecue grills, and cabanas. The lower sun deck will remain open, including the fitness and yoga rooms, billiard table, and the hospitality lounge. Work hours will be restricted to 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.**

Summary: Condo was just as described. It’s in the heart of busy Waikiki Beach, but the valet parking is super convenient, the lobby and elevators were never crowded and the Unit itself is wonderful, and a nice refuge from the bustle outside. The 4th floor exercise facilities are top notch. The property manager, Chris, was very responsive and helpful. We noticed some issues with the sliding glass doors to the porch, which Chris will be addressing. Perfect place to stay with teenagers!
